What primary services do you offer?

The Zeman Company offers all home remodeling services. Everything from kitchen and bathroom remodels to additions, roofing, siding and gutters projects.

Where are you located?

The Zeman Company is located in Central Ohio.

What are the rates of your services?

Budgeting for your project is our specialty, and honesty is our policy. However, every project and budget is different. With any renovation there are “must haves” that will be prioritized. With those must haves in mind we will return to you with a quote that breaks down your options that are within your budget, allowing you to make an informed decision.

What type of warranty do you provide (on custom work)?

We guarantee our work for 1 year after completion. 

Are you Licensed and Insured?

Yes, The Zeman company is Licensed, Bonded and Insured. We pull permits and work with your local building department to insure your project meets current build code. 

What are your terms and conditions?

Each project is different and we work with you to set up a payment schedule that works for you and your project.

Our Contract list the following payment terms:
Project Deposit ($250), Due at signing of contract.
Plan Approval Payment- % of project, Due at signing of plans.
Construction Payment- % of project, Due at the start of construction.
Progress Payment- % of project, Due during an agreed upon time of construction.
Final Payment- Remaining % of project, Due upon completion.
